Ordering Information

This site is intended to serve US as well as Canadian customers. Purchases are handled securely using PayPal. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details, timing and shipping preference. If you have questions feel free to contact the Martineau family prior to purchasing. Both Donald and Louise speak fluent English as well as their native French.

• All prices are in US dollars
• Canadian residents will be subject to Canadian sales tax.
• Shipping costs are 10% of total purchase and are added at time of checkout
• You can pay using your PayPal account or any major credit card.
• Payment is accepted through PayPal, which means that Les Artistes de la Table never has access to your credit card number.
• Once you submit a payment, you will receive an email from Les Artistes de la Table confirming the order and shipping preference. If the bill needs to be adjusted we can bill or refund you partial payment after the sale.
• Normally orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Return Policy

• We will replace any article damaged during shipping. You need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the package if there is any damage. With this one exception, there are no returns. Shop carefully!
